Master’s Tree Care did a great job trimming dead limbs, cutting limbs over the house, and reshaping some storm damaged trees on my lot. They were courteous, on time, and cleaned up very nicely when finished.

Master Tree was great to work with…even did a few extra little things to help us out. They were prompt and did a thorough clean up at the end. Price was reasonable too!

The service provided by Masters Tree Care exceeded my expectations. The work was professional and efficient. The team leader, Jarod Chase, reviewed the plan for each tree with his team before proceeding which impressed me. The scope of the project was communicated initially and reviewed several times during the work. The brush cleanup was thorough and any damage to precious items was considered and avoided. I will use this company for future work.

Yesterday I had an excellent experience with Master’s Tree Service. They worked on several of my trees including a very large oak, several smaller trees and three large pines. They thinned, trimmed, removed dead wood and took care of some remaining storm damage. Frankly, the clean up was incredible. They removed everything they trimmed plus any smaller sticks etc. and blew the saw dust off the driveway, sidewalk and deck. I have already recommended them to a friend

We had a really great experience with Masters Tree Care. They trimmed our overgrown trees and made our property look beautiful. We bought our house in 1994 and have never had a professional service prune our trees. It was a luxury to have Masters Tree Care come out and do all of the work including a spotless clean-up. At $1000.00 the price was more that fair for the big job that it was. I will be calling them back to do the back as soon as I save up the money!

The price was good, but the service and end product was not. I was not happy when I was asked to pay in Cash before the work was completed because the guy in charge had to leave. Found it unprofessional. I had to leave as well and when I returned they were gone and the work was not done as it was as we had discussed. I still have a tree touching my house that he said he would take care of, I also have a large tree out front that is only 12 ft off my driveway he said he'd take up. I wasn't happy about this and called him 5+ times to get him back to take care of it. When he showed up he said it looked good to him. I finally convinced him to take care of the tree touching my house. He said he could get some pole pruners from hit truck and take care of it. He started walking to his truck, got in and drove away. Haven't seen him since. Completely unprofessional and a lousy product, beware.

Master's tree Care on 03/01/2013 came to my door and bid tow trees to remove dead branches and hangers and would prune a smaller tree for free for $700. I accepted and they started on 03/02/2013. There was about 10" of snow on the ground but Lee Humo (816-518-2296) the sales rep assured me they were working in the area already and could do the work in the conditions. They showed up the next day and did the smaller tree but did not finish the tow large oaks saying it was unsafe plus there trailer had been wrecked and could not haul off and additional debris. I agreed it was unsafe, Lee Humo wrote me a receipt to complete the work the upcoming Monday (see attached). I paid him $600 (shouldn't have though) with remaining $100 when they finished. They did not show up on the 4th so I called Lee in the afternoon of the 4th. he told me to call Josh which I did. Josh said he was at his daughters graduation and would be there the next day or so. They did not show up. I called Lee again on the 7th, he told me to call Josh again, bit I told Lee I should not have to chase you guys down. Lee said he would call Josh and call me back. He did not. The next day I could not get Lee so I called Josh he said he was out of town and would be there as soon as he could. No one showed up. I kept calling, eventually not getting any answer at all (see call history below) On the 14th I called the business number on the business card (913-909-9768) got Josh again, he told me he was not going to finish the job, that Lee under bid it and he would not finish it but would rebid it. I tried to explain Lee gave me a written receipt (attached) stating what they were going to do to finish and when but Josh would not listen, the conversation got heated and he hung up on me. They apparently still had blocked my phone number. When I would call it went straight to voice mail but when I would use another person phone I would get them, then they would block that one.
My phone records have me calling Lee on 03/01/2013 to accept offer, then on 03/04/2013, 03/07/2013, 03/08/2013, three times on 03/11/2013, 03/12/2013, six times on 03/14/2013.
Josh on 03/08/2013, three times on 03/14/2013. This does not include the other phones I used to get around my phone number being blocked. That would be about four or five additional times.
