Mr. Malone and his helper were very unreliable and inconsistent with their work. They decided to change the size of one of the decks and dug the holes accordingly while I was at work. He was hard to deal with and went way over budget on the project. I ended up having to charge materials on my Lowes card just to keep the project going. He was hard to get along with and had his way of doing things not the customers way. He treated me as if I knew nothing about what I was talking about even though I gave him specific 3d views of what I wanted. They left the old stairs there even though I told him to include that in his budget as well as trash, debris, cigarette butts, and concrete patches all over my yard. Tore up two mower blades on pieces of wood embedded in the soil. I would not ever use this contractor again he was by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. Good Luck if you choose him.
