Taylor worked with us on pricing and scheduling. Dave and Taylor did the job. They were courteous, professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced. I was absolutely satisfied with the work and the price. I plan to hire them again if I need help in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

Most companies told me that it would take 4-6 weeks for them to do the work, but Alex worked me in the week after his estimate. David and Spencer were great and listened to my requests and questions to make sure they got the tree cut back enough the first trip. I will use them again and appreciate the good customer service.

Great. The tree was hanging over my house, ready to crash down at any minute. They came quickly, and even though they knew they had me over a barrel, the price was fair.

I had an emergency - a large tree split and half of it was hanging over my house, ready to smash my living room at the first gentle breeze. Main St Tree Care showed up at daylight and saved my house from certain damage. Even though they knew they had me over a barrel, and even though they gave me same-morning service, the price was fair. They cleaned up everything.

Great- they came out promptly. Looked and gave us an estimate called when we came up on the list to give us a day and time. They came on the appointed date cleared the back yard before and after the work.

It went great. He came by and evaluated the trees; he emailed me a quote which I love when contractors email me quotes. It was a small job and he asked if he could be flexible about scheduling the work and that was fine with me, but when he actually scheduled the work and then had a last minute emergency, he didn't let me know that he was going to push the job back a few hours, from the morning to the afternoon. It wasn't a big deal, but a heads up would have been nice. Otherwise, the work was excellent, the trees look fantastic, he did a great job cleaning up afterwards, and the price was 33% lower than other quotes. Overall, exceedingly happy.

They cleaned up all the work they did. They were very professional and did a good job.

Took 6 hours for 2 people but went very well and the owner (Alex) was there all the time working . He asked me about satisfaction with each tree and willingly did more if I wanted (without extra charges). Excellent clean up too and very pleasant people. Their price was about. 20% less than another bid I had from a large local Lawn Service Co. SO, I recommend Main Street Tree and would use again

Alex and partner arrived on time. First they moved my patio furniture out of the way. Then they trimmed the large silver maple tree in my back yard. Alex did the work up in the tree. That work consisted of removing dead wood throughout the tree and pruning the live foliage at the tips to reduce weight. Alex's partner assisted on the ground (holding ropes, carrying away the cut limbs, etc.). After the trimming was completed, they did a thorough cleanup of the back yard and put my patio furniture back where it had been. All debris was hauled away.

They were prompt, nice, and got the job done when they said they would. 

I got them through my lawn guy because one day I went out there and this gigantic limb had fallen off the tree. I didn't know what to do, I couldn't drag it because it was too big. My lawn guy came over and dragged it out of the way. He said that I would have to get it cut and hauled off. I asked him who does that and he said he knew someone who does that. That's how I got a hold of them. They cut it up and then they hauled it all off. I came home from work and they had it all done.

Although I miss the shade the trees provided a lot. Now I have to replant my shade plants LOL. These guys did an excellent job. they did everything I wanted them too and the trees needed it really bad. Alex had noticed a large split in one of my trees that could eventually tear the limb down over my house cause major damage. He said it really needed to come down and it was not there when they did the estimate. So instead of just adding the extra cost, he suggested ways to keep the estimate the same price but remove that limb instead. He was very willing to work with my budget. I would definitely use these guys again, I just hope I don't have to, LOL. They were very reliable and responsible.

Gave a very reasonable quote for removing several limbs from tree's around the house and full removal of three tree's. Very professional, great care in removing branches from around buildings. Removed all debris with cleanup and removal all branches and  wood

I left a message and he called me back within 24 hours. Alex and David worked on the job and they are both great. They cooperated with the neighboring property and cleaned up his yard. The yard was difficult to get to, but he negotiated with neighbors. He did a great job and I was very pleased with them. They are an excellent company!

I live in a highly populated area and was concerned about falling debris causing damage to my neighbors' property.  However Alex did an excellent job, and the trees fell exactly as he predicted.  Furthermore, he arrived on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, and did a phenomenal job of cleaning up after himself.
