The delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 3. The driver called at 11:15 and said they would be there in 20 minutes. This was fine as I was prepared for them to come. The company promises that the delivery staff will put on shoe coverings, vacuum the area where the old furniture was, set-up the mattress, and place the moisture barrier cover on the mattress. The delivery staff never put on the "booties." Luckily they did not track anything in. They did not offer to vacuum the space, which, even though I had already done it, would have been keeping with their company policy. The first mattress they brought in was clearly not a queen size, but a full. This confused them, and they thought there was something wrong with my bed frame. I pointed out that the sticker on the side said full. They then went back to the truck and got the correct mattress. The two men, one older and one younger, spent a lot of time arguing. Mostly the older gentleman "correcting" the younger. The mattress set is all white. When they unwrapped it, and placed the box springs on the frame, they left black hand prints on it. The same happened with the mattress. I pointed it out, and they apologized, but did not offer to clean it. They did ask if I would like them to put on the mattress cover, but after the black hand prints on my mattress set, I didn't think I wanted them to touch anything else. I think the next time I have Macy's deliver something, I will ask the delivery people to wash their hands. I still can't get the black hand prints out.

Purchased a mattress. The sales representative was knowledgable and informed about mattresses and box springs. The delivery was easily scheduled and made on time.
