After an initial mixup in appointment times, estimate was made, work was done within a few days. Some problems were found and the representative came out promptly to see the job. He agreed with us and the additional work was done within a few days to our satisfaction.

THEY WERE LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEN THE ROOFERS SHOWED UP, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE, TO DO THE ROOF. IT WAS A SATURDAY AND WE WERE HAVING A PARTY ON THE PATIO! THE WORK WAS DONE, BUT THE ROOFERS LEFT SCORES OF NAILS AND A LOT OF DEBRIS IN THE BRAND NEW GUTTERS (DONE BY A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR). I HAD TO COMPLAIN LATER TO GET IT CLEANED UP. THE JOB ITSELF WAS MEDIOCRE AND NO COMPROMISE IN PRICE WAS EVER OFFERED FOR THESE HASSLES.

THE CREW DIDN'T GET THE MESSAGE THAT WE WANTED TO PUT OFF THE WORK A FEW DAYS TO FINISH PAINTING THE FASCIA, HOWEVER, THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE GUTTERS. THEY WERE FAST AS WELL. I WISH THE COMPANY HAD SHIRTS OR SOMETHING SO THAT WHEN THEY CAME TO THE DOOR A PERSON COULD KNOW WHO THEY ARE, THOUGH.

CREW WORKED FAST AND WAS POLITE. I WISH THEY HAD CLEANED UP BETTER. THEY LEFT A TOOL AND THEIR LUNCH HANGING IN A TREE! THEY ALSO WERE ENTIRELY SPANISH SPEAKING, WHICH MADE IT DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM WHEN I HAD A QUESTION. THE ROOF, HOWEVER, LOOKS PRETTY GOOD AND KEEPS THE WATER OUT, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.

CREW WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. CLEANED UP TRASH WELL. EXPERIENCED ONE LEAK FOLLOWING THE JOB AND THE COMPANY WAS QUICK TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM AND REPAIR THE SPOT.
