They were good but their prices were high. They subcontracted people to do the measurements and they were the same people who came and did the installation too. I go to know the subcontractors and realized that it was not Lowe's that we were dealing with but the manufacturers themselves. All the materials did not come in at one time and they did not realize that it was not all there until a part of venue wasn't there but the majority of it I didn't know if it was there until they got out and started putting it together. Their representative came out immediately that day and found out what was missing and ensured that it was here in the next 4-5 days. I had to deal with them having to come back and do the kitchen because of this reason. If I wanted anything to be done in the kitchen then I wanted it there and done at one time. I don't blame this on Lowe's but they are dealing with this manufacture but I can't take this chance again. I don't think it was their fault that the stuff did not come in but when something is going to be shipped then it has to be shipped together at one time. The quality of their work was great. They were on top of everything that we had asked for but at the very beginning they were able to give me a date with regards to when the guys were going to be here but they could not give me an exact time or if there were going to be here in the next two hours or when the person was going to be here. By the time the project was over they were calling to see if the guy was on his way out or they were calling to see if they have got here yet or calling to see if I was happy with the work that they had done. They were very concerned about where I stood with them or where they stood with us; every time something was done or wasn't done they wanted to know how I felt about it. They were punctual but not early.

We don’t know who they contract to but they did a good job. We bought a Pella sliding door and they did a really good job. It is working very well. We had the original door and it was slow and hard to close and open and this one has been extremely well made and functioning well. We would use them again in the future.

They have good service. They were prompt to put up the doors. They hired an outside contractor to install the door.
