I SPENT A MONTH TRYING TO GET EVEN A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM A REFRIGERATION COMPANY. LONGVIEW WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT RESPONDED IN A TIMELY FASHION. BILL CAME OUT WITHIN A WEEK AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. MOST COMPANIES I CONTACTED WOULD TAKE DOWN MY INFO AND THEN NEVER GET BACK TO ME. ONE I CALLED BACK THREE TIMES AND THEY FINALLY SAID ''THEY DON'T SERVICE UNITS FOR WINE CELLARS'' THANK YOU LONGVIEW FOR BEING WILLING TO HELP A RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER.
