Bill will check to see if you are home before starting the chemical application on the yard. He lets you know what chemicals he is applying and provides directions for watering the lawn after he leaves. He will also discuss any concerns you may have about your lawn. Overall, great company with courteous employees.

They are a local company here in Kansas City. I think they charge $50 per application and they do a great job. It is a small company and they only use granular fertilizer as opposed to liquid and I like and prefer granular fertilizer. They put the granular down for the broadleaf but they do come and spot spray like dandelions so they don't blank at your whole yard with the spray. They just come in, if they see one they'll spray it. I have animals and it's very dangerous for the animals to be in that spray that kills the broadleaf weeds like dandelions.
