I called Mr. Tinder with questions regarding my HP2600n printer. He was
very helpful over the phone and actually indicated he did not think
there was a problem with my printer but that I just needed a new toner
cartridge. There was so much toner that had leaked into the printer I
felt more comfortable asking him to come and clean it up to ensure it
was functioning properly. He was very patient with me as I asked questions and he did a great job of explaining the answers.
Mr. Tinder was very professional, knowledgable, and punctual. I would call him again if I need assistance. And I think he would be honest with me if he felt it was time to retire my printer instead of trying to fix it. He did not seem like the kind of "professional" that would scam you!

My Brother printer was putting a line down all of my pages. I called Brother and they gave me the name and number of a company in Kansas City North that wanted me to bring the printer to them. This is a very heavy printer and I didn't have the time to do that.
I found Bob on Angie's List and he called me back the same day. He was able to come to my office and determine what was wrong with my printer. He ordered the part and came back out to install it.
Bob saved me a lot of hassle and he's very friendly and easy to work with.

When I first called Mr. Tinder he was out of town so I called back the next week. He came out the next day to look at our printer. (I called another repair company that charged more per hour AND I had to take in the printer so I used this company.) He worked with it quite a while as he had to take it apart to get to where the sheet of labels was stuck. Since one of the labels fused permanently to it, he needed to replace the fuser. I suggested he take the printer with him so he wouldn't have to spend much time here and it would be more convenient for him so he did. It took longer for the company from which he purchased the fuser to ship it than he thought it would. Since the printer hadn't work for a number of months before I decided to see if it could be fixed, I wasn't concerned. It took about a week to get it back I think.
He came out the day he got the part and hooked it back up. It works again.
Mr. Tinder was neatly dressed, informative and familiar with the printer as evidenced from our first phone call. I would use him again.

The HP printer in my office was printing a line on any copies when the document feeder was used. Bob came out 2 days after I called him and fixed that problem. He also found several other problems with the printer, ordered parts and then returned to replace them a week later. He was prompt, courteous, and professional and did the work promised. I will definitely use him again.
