Kyle completed repairs to the stucco on our tudor home in Waldo. He stated that at least one of the areas was worse than he expected, but he stuck to his estimated charge. His response and work was timely and competitively priced.

His estimate for the first part of the job was around $700 but he only charged us $500. His etimate for the second part of the job was $900 but he only charged us $700. We, of course, were extremely pleased with his workmanship and the amount we paid. In addition, he always showed up when he said he would and he cleaned the work area perfectly when he left. Everything about his work was professional and we would recommend him without hesitation.

The work was completed over a 3-day period. The first day he was here about 1 hour to install lath; the second day he installed the stucco base; the third day he put on the final coat. Kyle did a great job matching the texture of the existing stucco.

Kyle did the work as scheduled and ultimately charged $200 less than his estimate. He consulted us about removing trim boards that crossed through the repaired area. The work took about 2 days total and was done as quickly as possible given weather conditions.
