Great! They did exactly what I asked for (I had already run a diagnostic) and the car now runs smooth. Very fair on pricing, done quickly and for must less than the dealership quoted.

Very efficient, professional. Prior to service being done, I was invited into the service garage and all options service work was explained. The service personnel were very polite and professional. The work that I agreed to was done and I was on my way. I have had no problems with my vehicle.

Some confusion as I was one of the 1st to use the oil change coupon, however, once we sorted it out all went great. I'll use them again.

They performed the oil change, as well as a full inspection. Advised me of some potential problems, however they did not hard sell for the repairs, just advised.

the trip was very fast! They were helpful and seemed to get along with each other well. You sense everything easily, which gives security. Also there was a keurig which was nice. They let me know about their coupons which people use there's lot apparently.

Terrible, they tried to charge my wife $400 for unnecessary repairs. Basically they tried to take advantage of her because she was a female. Trying to charge her for repairs that are not even required for an inspection. She went to another inspection station down the road and passed with flying colors. We will never use Kwik Kar services again and I will inform all that I know, not to use their services as well.

I have been going to them for about 4 years now. I didn't feel too comfortable when the mechanic told me their was an oil leak, I felt I was pressured to do unnecessary work and he seemed a little pushy. Scheduling goes well and they are designed to push vehicles through very quickly. I do not have to make an appointment and they allow walk ins which is an advantage.

I have been going to them for several years. They do a good job. It is easy to get in and out of there with a minimal wait. Their price is at an average, standard price. I have had no problems with them.

When I went, it was easy to get in and out and there was only a 5 or 10 minute wait. It would be more convenient if they were open earlier than 8am as they are only open from 8am to 5pm. Overall, the work was fine.

The service was okay. There was, however, one time where you could tell they were annoyed that I did not want to purchase the upgraded oil. Otherwise, the work was fine.

We've had oil changes done at Kwik-Kar a couple of times and have been very impressed. There are always a lot of people waiting so we usually just drop the car off and come back later to pick it up to avoid (possibly) a long wait. Along with the oil change, they top off all the fluids, wash the windows on the outside and vacuum inside. They check other things on the car for possible problems but don't seem to recommend things that aren't really necessary.

They are professional and the service model is great they are fast and just great service and I would recommend them and they did there work in a timely manor.
