Jim gave a very competitive bid, and did exactly as I wanted. He replaced a retaining wall and replaced some over grown landscaping in the front yard. He rocked the landscaping and put some of the rock from the old wall in the landscaping. The guys also added rock at the bottom of the driveway to make it look nicer. Jim was very accommodating with scheduling, and handled a drain that ran down the wall at no additional cost to me. I will definitely use him again!

They listened to what I wanted. There was no pressure to hire them. The workers were professional, gave attention to all the details, did more than I had expected, and explained to me how to maintain my yard. The prices were in writing, so there were no surprises when the job was finished. My patio is now a relaxing getaway.

Interlocking Pavers for Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
Contracted with them for patio but was unaware work was performed by a sub, who guess what, had a day job!!! So my job took longer than expected. And the seed blanket they finally laid after patio done was nothing but CRABGRASS. So glad I watered twice a day for a month only to realize crap seed. I have since had all that Harley raked and replaced with gorgeous fescue sod for $400 by another company.

"Sheri F contracted with our company on 3/2/18. She was given the option of having a patio made of pavers or a concrete patio and she chose the concrete patio. She was advised by Mr. Keller that our crews install the paver patios but a subcontractor installs the concrete. Yard repair was not included in the contract. She became upset when we would not provide this service at no charge. We did install $600 worth of soil of which we paid half and we seeded her property at no charge. We did our best to address her concerns at a cost to us and we are very sorry we were not able to satisfy her."

Landscape Design Service
We met with the owner to work up a landscape design. We completed their questionnaire. Made many follow-up calls inquiring about the status of the design. Were told they couldn't find our questionnaire and to submit another one which we did. We were told their computers were down. Were told they would advise us about the status of our design at various times but never received any communication. Now many weeks have gone by and we have no design because we were waiting for them. Very disappointed!!!

Landscape Design Service
Hired and paid 1/2 down for landscaping service. That was on June 5. They cashed my check on June 5. I was told that it could be around 6 weeks of sooner depending on my neighbors picking out her items. WELL on August 5 called Kellers and cancelled order since I had not heard from them and they have done nothing but cashed my check. I am still waiting for MY $1,300.00 dollars to be returned.

They will bend over backwards to make sure the job is done right and very quickly. They rushed our job for a family birthday party we were having. Started the project on Monday, and were completely finished on Thursday. AND it was 110 degrees out that week in the middle of July.
