While price, promises and progress were all fine in the beginning, add-on costs were being added to the bill without merit, outright lies were told, the subcontractors had no respect for my property (left beer bottles in the yard and floor joists), warranty issues were not addressed in a timely manner (or at all). The owner stalled or would not return calls, and after a year tried to indicate that issues were out of warranty even though the items in question were brought up several times within the warranty period. Pressured me constantly for additional payments (subs were not being paid). Do NOT select a contractor solely on price.
The company has changed legal names a few times, and has moved to different locations so it was nearly impossible to sue or collect on a judgement.I recommend you run as far and fast away from this company.
