It went extremely well! Patrick and his crew replaces the sump pump, removed all the carpet, removed my ruined bookshelves, and eliminated the mold. They also tore out the drywall and repaired some cracks in the wall. They installed a drain outside - and managed to save my landscaping! (Most providers would have torn it out.) Then they replaced the drywall and repainted the walls. They also took care of a slope near the outside wall. I have never worked with any provider who was this responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Although this kind of work is never cheap, I felt that I got a very good price.
