Excellent customer service, provided many tips and to do's that will be helpful in future!

My husband had diagnosed problem with the dryer before contacting Jeff - but he was all too familiar with our model dryer and that problem. He knew it was a simple repair and what parts he needed. He hoped to be able to stop by as his last call for the day on his way home. When we still hadn't seen him around 5:00 my husband called and he said he was out to dinner but would still be coming by that evening if that was alright with us - definitely - I needed my dryer for the weekend! He came by around 7:00 on a Friday night which was above and beyond our expectations. After repairing the dryer he ran us through some general maintenance advice on our washer, refrigerator and dishwasher as well that were all incredibly helpful. I would definitely call him again if needed.

Jeff came out the next morning (even though it was during the holidays) after the call and diagnosed the problem and let us know it could not be repaired. He was clear in his explanation and I appreciated his honesty. He also looked at a downdraft that wasn't properly working and looked for a part that is no longer produced.

We have had repeated problems with this washer since its purchase and numerous service calls from different companies with mediocre results.  It always felt as if it was a guessing game as to what the problem was even though we ending up paying for a questionable repair. Jeff analyzed the problem in a way that showed obvious experience and training.  He was also able to offer helpful advice on HE washers that I had never been told before.  I was very impressed with his service.  We will not hesitate to call him again for any other appliance repair.

I really liked Jeff. I found him to be very honest and helpful. During and after repairing the apartment washer/dryer 'all in one unit' he showed my renter and myself preventative care measures for that particular unit. Then I had him come to my house to check out my old washing machine that was sounding like a jet engine taking off when going through the spin cycle. Jeff was very honest and instead of charging me an arm and a leg for repairs he highly recommended that I just buy a new machine...which I will do. Then while writing up his bill for the house call only, I was explaining how the knobs on my stove burners didn't worked so he stopped everything and pulled the knobs off the stove, cleaned and oiled them and within a few minutes....presto! My burners were working again! His extra kindness was at 'no charge'. I highly recommend Jeff Roos.....he's honest, trustworthy, reliable and reasonable. Barbara

Jeff did a great job. He gave me lots of suggestions about what I should check and possibly fix myself so that I wouldn't have to incur the cost of service call. When those things didn't work, he asked me to take a picture of the product identification number and text it to him so that he could be sure to pick up the parts he'd likely need before he even visited.
When he arrived, he very quickly ascertained what was wrong - the refrigerator's mother board was bad. He switched it out in no time and had the frig up an running again before our food could spoil. And, he researched a problem we've had with the water line in the refrigerator from the day we received it. It turns out that the water line leading to the dispenser in the freezer door must have been broken from the very beginning. He immediately began researching whether that part can be replaced economically.
He also noticed that we had just purchased two other appliances. He took extra time at his cost to show us how best to use and maintain them and gave us some great tips on preventing future problems. I really appreciated his expertise, hard work and enthusiasm for teaching homeowners how to avoid future service calls.
