No problems at all. Deb and Bill were easy to work with, efficient, and stood by their product. Any scheduling or installation hiccups that may have occurred were not their fault, but related to the general contractor. It was nice to hire and work with a local company whose representatives were competent and had a vested interest in their reputation and the community with which they lived. Would work with/recommend or hire again.

Great experience. This company prides itself on customer service, and it is definitely their competitive edge. Chris made short notice appointment at our convenience and designed systems that make our closets seem twice as big, then worked with us to find the optimum time for installation. Even called the day before to make sure time and date was still convenient. Installer Jeff was professional and efficient, despite the fact he was working with a broken finger. Previously overflowing closets are now organized and tidy and look fabulous!

My sales person was always prompt on her three visits, as was the gentleman who dismantled and later put in our new pantry. A very professional company. Follow up phone calls were made to make sure I was happy with everything that had been done.
