Kansas City Appliance Repair Experts

We called Tuesday to schedule an appointment to have them come out and look at the motor on our range hood. They said they could come Thursday. They set a time window of 10:00 a.m. and noon.  Thursday came and nobody showed up. I called them around 1:00 p.m. and was told they were running behind. When I asked how long it was going to be the lady said hang on. She was gone for awhile and came back and said, Well your appt. isn't until tomorrow. Which was not true. I told her that when we made the appt. I wrote it down immediately. She argued the point which really made me angry. So I said what time Saturday and she said 10:00 to noon. I asked her if she was going to call and make excused again about the weather and she said they would be here. At 9:45 this morning she called and said that they didn't have anybody qualified to do that repair. She informed me that she had been calling all over all morning and couldn't find anyone to do it. She said you should just call another company. That's sure funny they had some one qualified when we made the appt. and yesterday and when I questioned that I was told they lost him. They lost him between yesterday and this morning? Come on, what a line. They are the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with and I will certainly never call them again. I recommend nobody call them. It was a waste of a week. All this could have been avoided if they would have called and said I'm sorry we are running late and made other arrangements  instead of making excuses. It was a total waste of our time.

The serviceman was courteous and knowledgable, and he did not hesitate to tell me that my refrigerator was not worth repairing instead of trying to get a big repair bill out of me. The company's rate for a service call is very reasonable as well.
