During this time our rent proceeds have nearly been completely withheld by Just Right. We called, emailed, left office messages, and texted numerous times to get the owner, Mark Blankenship, to release our funds. Our communications have been completely ignored, with the exception of a couple of emails with promises. Finally in May of this year, they released the first distribution, 10 months after we started with them. It is now July 30th, 2013 and we have not received any further funds since. Again, all calls, office messages, emails, and texts are being ignored as before. We are owed several thousand dollars and anytime someone in the office answers we are told you have to speak to Mark - who is never in the office and does not respond.
Our online access to their owner portal shows the last owner statement processed was in March, 2013.
