JUBILEE HOME SOLUTIONS

Their kitchen designer was friendly, creative, helpful, but not punctual. I found out he had quit after waiting 20 minutes for one of our meetings. I called Jubilee and they did not know that I was one of their customers nor did they have the kitchen designer's plans. A very agreeable salesman met me the following week & promised to follow through on my plan. Unfortunately, he did not show the next week for our meeting. Taking all of this as a bad sign, I called to cancel any future meetings with the company. I had not signed a contract even though I had been meeting with someone from the company for 2.5 months.

We set up an appointment for an estimate. The salesperson wouldn't tell us the price after looking at the scope of work we requested, saying their appointments take 3 or 4 hours. When we were finally given the estimate, we had to commit at that moment or the price would go up $500. When we asked why, the salesperson said we would be taking an appointment from someone else if he had to come back. We asked him to come out when he didn't have another appointment or when someone canceled. He then started drawing circles on a paper and showing us why he couldn't make money if he came back out. It was a high pressure sales tactic followed by a weak argument as to why we had to sign immediately.

THEY WERE OUT MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY SENT A DEMOLITION CREW THAT MESSED UP THE PROCEDURE WITH THE KITCHEN. THEY SAID THE JOB WOULD TAKE ABOUT 3 WEEKS AND IT HAD REALLY TAKEN ABOUT 3 MONTHS. I DO GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR COMING OUT TO RE-DO WHAT I HAVE ASKED, BUT IT WAS VERY DRAWN OUT. THE ORIGINAL WORK BEGAN LAST JULY AND WAS FINISHED IN NOVEMBER. THEY HAD TO COME OUT THIS SPRING AND SUMMER TO REPAIR SOME WORK AS WELL.

THEY COVERED UP MY WALL OUTLET. LEFT TRIM AROUND THE CABINETS UNCOVERED. THEY CUT THE LINE TO THE AIR CONDITIONER CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO REPLACE IT. THEY LEFT THE BASEBOARDS AROUND THE WALLS UNFINISHED.

I WOULD SUGGEST NEVER HIRING THIS COMPANY. THEIR PRICE WAS 3 TIMES HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY. THEY ALSO TREATED ME WITH EXTREME DISRESPECT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE.

NATHAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY COURTEOUS. HE PERFORMED THE WORK IN THE TIME PROMISED AND CLEANED UP. THERE WAS ONE MIX-UP REGARDING THE HEIGHT OF THE SHOWER HEAD. IT WAS TO BE RAISED 12 INCHES, BUT WAS ONLY RAISED 4 OR 5 DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION ON THE WORK ORDER.

COMPANY RATING WOULD BE A "B" AS NO WORK WAS DONE, SO I AM UNABLE TO EVALUATE ANY WORKMANSHIP.
