Jeff with JT Reface Plumbing did a great job from the very first phone call. He listened to my issue and provided a very fair quote with a explanation of costs. He set my appointment to benefit both of us. He showed promptly wearing health safety gear. Upon visual review, he explained his plan to fit my issue, making sure I was comfortable with the process. Once finished, he double checked his work while showing me the results. He cleaned up - making sure everything was where he found it. Most importantly, there was no surprises! Everything went as he stated in his estimate - his arrival time, the health/safety gear, the repair, the amount of time it took and the cost! I couldn't have asked for anything better. I will definitely call him again.

I was in need of a small drywall repair in my ceiling. They did a fine job at a reasonable price. I would hire them again.

I would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT HIRE! I hired to install toilet, sink, and shower. The toilet they installed is crooked. The shower they installed is not level, nor complete, nor put together properly. The put doors on backward (which I had to point out then they fixed). They put walls on backward (which I had to point out and they did not fix). The frame is crooked. Brackets attached to the wall are incorrect. Did not even caulk one side of the shower. All of which they did not fix. The sink they installed leaks and is not level. I had to point out the unlevel sink, they *fixed* but still not completely level and still leaks. They used 3 different colors of caulk/silicone and it is a mess: clumpy, sloppy, all over my walls, floor, and fixtures, some coming off. They blamed their crappy work on the fixtures that I purchased from the home maintenance store. They said they would come back to fix but never did and they ignored my calls. When I call from another number, they tell me to hold on, then hang up on me. They quoted 2-3 days and it took weeks, and still not done, nor fixed. So I am down to one usable bathroom for a family of 5. I chose them because they seemed to have great reviews. Maybe they are good at small jobs only. Even so, they are deceitful and have bad customer service. How can anyone even utilize a warranty if they ignore your calls when they THINK they are done with the job? I would never hire them again. I would not even trust them to fix this. I got an estimate from another company to level the shower, fix the sink, and reset the toilet: $1000. I am sure it would be $1500 or more to completely fix everything.

Call back very quickly with a good price. Got to me the same day and arrived earlier than quoted. Highly recomend

We had an amazing experience with Jeff. He came out within a couple of hours of contacting him and did the work right then! I knew our project was going to be tough because we live in a very old home but Jeff figured it out and made it work. Such a relief and so happy we contacted him! Great work!

Jeffery was great! He arrived early to our appointment. Was courteous, friendly and got the job done quickly. He installed our new kitchen faucet, made sure it didn't leak and gave us card and told us to call him if we had an issues and he'd come back. And he was by far the least expensive option. I'd recommend this professional to anyone.

Jeffrey did a fine job installing a new toilet and fixing a leak in the kitchen sink with new PVC. He did a great job.

Jeff was a true professional. He was available immediately on a Saturday afternoon. We were not getting adequate flow to our two refrigerator water dispensers. We needed to replace the two water line compression self-tap saddle valves with new cut-in tees and shutoff valves. If you have any of these self-tap compression saddle valves on any of your water lines, REPLACE THEM NOW! They are not to code. They can be a ticking time-bomb. They do not puncture an adequately sized hole in the connecting water line, and the valve is prone to leaking which can lead to expensive repairs in the future when it fails. Now our refrigerator flow problem is fixed and our dispensers work perfectly.

Do not book through Home Advisor! The company gives your phone number and address to multiple people and even if you reply to one, any number of others are calling to say they are coming out. Added to HA's phone calls, you get about 10 calls in a 24 hour period, even if it is over Christmas. Will not do this again. Marilyn
