From the first phone call to the piano's new home, Stephan was very professional and detailed oriented. He arrived on time with everything needed to move my piano in an efficient and very careful manner. His assistant was well-schooled in piano moving and did an excellent job as well. They worked very well together. Stephan will be coming back in a couple of weeks to tune the piano. Remember that in addition to moving and tuning, he also does piano repairs and piano restorations. This was a very good experience. I would definitely hire Jones Piano House again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have a piano moved,

Steve gave me several pricing options, and agreed to do the work on a Sunday (which was the only day the recipient of the piano could come get it). He was punctual, and extremely efficient at getting the piano out of the house without damaging my plaster walls or wood floors. He arrived with all the equipment necessary and the whole procedure was quick and painless. I would definitely hire him again.

I was very impressed with them, because he looked at the job and was completely honest about not being sure that he could efficiently do the job. He needed to move the piano down three marble steps and he was unsure of whether or not he had the appropriate equipment to move the piano without damaging the marble or the piano. He had some other recommendations for companies who could do the work, however they were my first choice. He did a wonderful job, but I was very impressed with his honesty. He was very professional throughout the entire process.
