The John Beal roofing crew that showed up at our house did a great job of replacing our roof in just one day. They showed up one morning and I never saw a bunch of fellows, (and 1 female) work straight through until the job was completed . They made each step count while doing a great job replacing our roof and left after cleaning up all the roofing scrap. Great job, John Beal employees,

This was a long process. Dan took awhile to get a bid in and the window bid was not complete. Mind you, the job was large and a bit more complicated than most. We helped get the window bid and had another company provide the windows with John Beal doing the installation. The gutters were also done by another crew. The workers on the project were very good, but I think that all roofing companies utilize the same crews around this area. The project supervisor was not so good, and really didn't have a handle on what was going on. We had to watch over more closely than would be expected. Cleanup was ok. The whole process took around 5 months. Communication was sometimes difficult and inefficient. The final result was good. We hope it lasts a long, long time!

Very Well. These guys are human. Some debris and material left behind. But roof and guttering was great. I went up on roof and inspected every aspect of work done. Very good. Integrity of rep was great. Installation was was timely and prompt. I was pleased. If you need roof and guttering, Call John Beal!

Took a month and 2 phone calls before they showed to do the gutters. They were very busy because of recent storms but didn't tell me up front it would be that long a wait or any wait at all. Rained a little today and noticed there may be a spot to be reevaluated. Will have to check again on next rain. Put "yes" in "would you hire again" box but really a maybe. They were very professional and the gutters look nice. The price was higher than other estimates i got but they did roof work while the others did not, so i went with JB. Hopefully the spot I have to check is nothing.

Ended up not having work done.
They inspected and provided us with the answer that it was structurally intact and fine.
The individual that came out was knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions.

The entire operation was without stress. The roofing crew was great, did the roof in 12 hours and were efficient. They did a good job cleaning up. The gutter guys did the gutters and covers in a half day, they had to come back to seal a spot where birds were coming in....all taken care of . The window guys were efficient, neat. All in all the whole job was fine and we would use Beal again for any household needs we might have.

He was very nice and I liked the guy a lot but we just went with other guy. They took aerial pictures. I really liked the salesman a lot but it was my husband’s decision and he chose the other guys. I didn’t have any problem with any of them. They were all great. The product was great and they offered same shingles like others. I was in shock when they told me how much it costs but they all came near about the same. I liked the salesman a lot and he was personable, knowledgeable and wonderful and all of them were. They took a lot of time explaining it because I didn’t know anything about it because I never had a roof put on. They were very patient with me.

It went very well. The work crew showed up at 8:00 am and left at 8:00 pm. The whole crew was very polite and friendly. They showed up the next morning (today) to pick up. They took pictures of the roof through the whole roofing process, so there was no question that the roof was done correctly, and they under bid everyone else. I was very pleased with the job. I had asked my son who used to do roofing to come over and inspect the job before I paid, He said there was no need, John Beal reputation is a very good one. I recommend at least getting a quote from this company, you won't be sorry.

They didn't provide any services due to the fact that they are not handling garage door work now due to being "too backed up". I don't know who is waiting for them specifically - I called another provider & had no trouble scheduling a same day appointment.

I was very pleased with them. Not only did they put a roof on, but our insurance didn’t pay. We’re still fighting the insurance. But they put it on and they told us to pay in installments until we finally get the money. Places don’t generally do that. I was pleased how they worked with us. They cleaned up, they were polite and when they finished they made sure all the nails were up. When they left it was if they weren't even here. They did such a good job I just had to smile.

Our garage door broke on Labor Day weekend.........one of the springs broke, and the side cables snapped. This door is solid wood and VERY heavy. My husband tried to fix it, and after 2 days of tool throwing, mumbling, and calling the door every bad name he could think of, we called for help. I first called a well-known garage door company and was told to try to get the door down and they would come out on the day after Labor Day to fix the door. I then called the John Beal Company who came out the next day (Labor Day) at 8 am. A wonderful man (whose name I unfortunately failed to write down), saw the problem, fixed the door, and didn't charge any extra for coming out on a holiday. I asked him to give me a price on a new garage door (plus installation), and was shocked by how low it was.....cheaper than buying a door at Home Depot and doing the installation ourselves. We will definitely use this company when we are ready to get a new door.

We had had another company treat the door. They stayed 10 min, cost $75, and the "fix" lasted 30 days. This company was different. For much less cost, John Beal's tech came out, explained why the previous company didn't fix the problem, and why this treatment would take care of it. Also promised free re-visiting if any further trouble. Total cost was $30. Very friendly and helpful, and good at explaining what was going on. We would trust them with a much more serious repair if we needed it.
