Krugh realty management has been providing property managements for our 7 rental units ( 2 duplexes and 3 SFR) located in Kansas City, Kansas since August of 2011. Joshua Pohl is resident property manager for our rental units. We were referred to Krugh realty by an attorney back in June of 2011. We spoke to Josh and transferred the management after contacting references. We met with Eric Krugh and Josh Pohl in April of 2012 at their office located in Kansas City, Mo.
We have been extremely happy with management of our properties by Josh Pohl of Krugh Realty. We sold one of the rental houses early this year after the tenant moved out. Josh assisted us with inspection of the unit and transferring the keys to Jessica Zieg, realtor. We receive detailed management report as well as disbursement checks from Krugh Realty on monthly basis.
We would highly recommend Krugh Realty for property management in Kansas or Missouri.
