The workman came on time and installed underground PVC pipe to carry rainwater from two downspouts about 63 feet to an outlet close to the street. The work was done professionally in the manner we had discussed. This system has worked well during recent rains.

Josh (the owner) is a very customer oriented and easy to work with individual. He listened to our needs and went out of his way to solve our issue. We were under a time crunch due to selling the home and he worked diligently to move his crews around and get the work done within our expedited time frame. He is reasonably priced and his crews were very friendly and performed quality work. After days of heavy rain it is evident that his suggestions worked perfectly, no more standing water!

My experience with this company went very well. The owner Josh Bultmann was great to work with regarding my project including foundation issues, and waterproofing the basement. His quote was very reasonable compared to the other two companies I received quotes. His knowledge, and eye for detail gave me the impression I wasn't just another job but a home if he had to do the same repairs at his house. The crew was superb with all foundation repairs, and waterproof application. Not only did they took time to answer my questions but went beyond the call of duty with any request I had for them to do during the job. Overall I loved the work in my basement provided by JLB, and would recommend them highly to anyone needing foundation repairs or waterproof solutions.

Its working out beautifully. It still looks brand new. The workers are so nice and accommodating. You never have to worry or oversee what they're doing because you know they're going to do it professional, quickly, and they're going to do it at the price quoted. I can't say enough good things about the owner and his workers.

JLB Foundation and team came to the rescue with a super reasonable price. I had gutter's with downspouts that dumped water directly on the ground causing erosion and damage to existing concrete (created a void under my front steps). JLB Foundation and team redirected the water out into my yard by burying my downspouts, putting in downspout drain boxes, and filling in the dirt where I had soil erosion. They also applied common sense on the best time to do the work to avoid creating ruts and tearing up my existing grass. I would recommend JLB Foundation to my family, friends, and neighbors. I would also use them again.
