Handled the whole transaction over the phone since we were out of town all ready for the summer. They drove by, looked over the lawn, gave us an estimate of the services and price, we agreed, and they have maintained our yard with excellent service ever since.

Jim did wonderful work. He took care of my lawn all summer. If the lawn didn't need to be mowed due to the excessive heat and arid conditions, he did not mow. He didn't "waste" my money or his time. I would recommend him to anyone and I would use him again.

I received a letter saying "Thank you for choosing JB's Organic Lawn Care. I really appreciate your business, unfortunatley I will not be able to service your lawn in 2011. I apologize for any inconvenience." I was surprised to receive this letter and am not clear why they cannot service me. I liked them so much and want to follow-up to see what is going on. I have left a message for him.

This is the second time I've used JB's service. I had very positive experiences both times.

My parents needed someone to mow their lawn when they were unable to do it themselves. I found Jim on Angie's List and they contacted him. He came to their home to quote a price ($45 per mowing). They called him several times, and he worked them into his schedule. My mother is the pickiest person in the world, and she thought that Jim did an excellent job. There are a lot of obstacles to mow around in their yard, and he edged everything cleanly. My parents eventually returned to doing their own mowing, but would use Jim's company again.

Jim returned my call quickly, showed up when he said he would, and did great work. We're having him mow our yard this season.

Very well. Jim responded quickly to my calls and was able to adjust his schedule to meet mine, since I was under a tight deadline before leaving town for several weeks.

I've been very pleased with Jim's work. In fact, I think his "green" strategy works better than the other company's chemicals. Most importantly, he has consistently billed within my budget--he's very reasonable!

The yard looked great. Everything that was expected was done. Things in the yard were moved and replaced to get all of the winter debris. He will continue to mow our lawn this summer.

JIM BAUER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE HAVE AN ABUNDANCE OF OAK TREES IN OUR FRONT AND BACK YARDS, AND THE LEAVES HAD COVERED OUR LAWN AND OTHER AREAS TO THE POINT OF DESPERATION. JIM CLEARED UP THE MESS IN ONE AFTERNOON AND LEFT US WITH A FRONT AND BACK YARD THAT WE CAN BE PROUD OF AGAIN.
