James Gant Heating and A/C was referred to me a few years ago from my next door neighbor.
The man has been good to us ever since.
I've used him multiple times and he has always come the same day I've called with an issue. He stays in constant contact about his time of arrival.
Always explains the work to be completed and why it needs to be done, and more importantly, why other work is not necessary at this time. My wife has had others come over to give us estimates or quotes, not knowing that we ONLY use James now, and when I call him in prior to going with another company, he shows me why I don't need something or would be paying too much for services.
I've recommended him to multiple family members and friends and they all are not James Gant customers for life!
Thanks for taking such good care of us James! I hope I don't need you again soon, but if I do, I know I'll be treated fairly and taken care of.
