HE FORGOT TO CALL BACK, BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM A SECOND TIME, HE CAME BY THE NEXT DAY TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. ALTHOUGH HE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND PLEASANT, HE SOUNDS VERY BUSY AND THIS WORK WOULD BE LOW PRIORITY. NOT SURE IF WE'LL USE HIM.

JAKE (DENNIS JACOBS) CAN WELD OR FABRICATE JUST ABOUT ANYTHING OUT OF STEEL. THIS LAST ITEM I HAD HIM BUILD FOR ME SET INSIDE THE WINDOW OPENING OF OUR STONE FOUNDATION TO ALLOW US TO JACK UP FLOOR JOISTS THEN PERMANENTLY SUPPORT THEM, MEASUREMENTS WORKED LIKE A CHARM, COMPLETED WORK IN MY SMALL TIME FRAME. HAS DONE SEVERAL OTHER WELDING JOBS FOR ME WILL CONTINUE TO USE AS NEEDED.
