I have used Joe for all my plumbing needs for years. He is always prompt, responsive and clear about what he is going to do. He is very easy to deal with and very professional.

Provided prompt, competent work.  Responded in a timely manner.  Will definitely have him back again to do more plumbing work.

Joe promptly responded to my call during which we scheduled an appointment.  A little before the scheduled time, he called to tell me he was on his way.  When the jobs were done, he cleaned up the work area.  Very polite and professional.

He did a great job and the work was done well.

I called and left a message, and Joe called back within the hour, and was able to come later that same day. He said he'd come at approximately 2, but he'd call before he came. He called at 1:55, and arrived at 2:15, so I'd call that pretty punctual. He did have to take the toilet off of the outlet, but used his wet vac to avoid getting water all over.
Our water heater was leaking, and he did say that it needed to be replaced. He gave us an estimate of $795 for a 50 gallon gas heater. We will probably go ahead with it, but haven't yet.

JC is great. This is the second time that I have used him. The first time was to fix my garbage disposal about two months ago.



On this visit, he came out because my refrigerator water was smelling bad and needed a new water line.







After fixing my water problem, I was impressed that he helped me empty my automatic ice cube container, which stuck due to ice build up.







It took him several tries using different tools, but he was determined to get the ice tray empty. He finally got it, and I don't have smelly ice cubes.

As usual, Mr. Chambers was very reliable and did a fantastic job. Our outdoor faucets were leaking like crazy we use them a lot with our lawn care. Mr. Chambers came over the next day after I called him and when I got home from work we had nice new faucets. His bill was very reasonable.
Mr. Chambers is always the person we call when we have need of plumbing services. He has replaced the faucet in our kitchen and also those in two bathrooms which entailed removing some tile and putting in very nice faucets with a very finished look.
I highly recommend him. He is highly skilled, honest and reasonably priced.

He did a great job. He is a good man and he does his job really well.

I had called Joe, leaving him a phone message. He called back within about an hour and said he could be over about one hour later. He called back within that time frame saying he was en route. He was able to clear the drainage problem in the toilet with about an half hour's work and no mess. I also had him provide a free estimate for another job which I will have done in a short time. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to use him again.

His price was $350-$450 less than the larger HVAC/plumbing companies I called. Based on water heater reviews I checked on line, the water heater he installed is very good quality. I have called him in the past for minor toilet repairs. He always calls when he is on his way, price is very fair, and the work is done right.

I have used Joe before and he is always quick to respond and very professional.

Joe came out the day I called him. I was very frustrated with my previous Plumber. Joe got right to work, and worked until he had it figured out. Just what I needed. Joe is my Plumber from now on.

I called Joe and he was able to do the work the next day. He arrived earlier than was scheduled, but wasn't a problem. He knew what needed to be done and replaced the outside faucet that had frozen and burst. He installed a frost proof silcock. The whole project took less than an hour.

He was great! He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, and cleaned up after he was finished.

He was prompt, friendly, and accomodating. Everything was clean when he left.

I have only good things to say. He was available and met me the same day as our call. He didn't do any repairs that were unnecessary. He was very easy to work with and I felt very honest and reasonably priced. That is not an easy combo to find in a plumbing company. I will be using him again for plumbing fixes for my 1930s home.

This was the second toilet we replaced in our 11 year old home. Since we were completely satisfied with the installation of the first one by J C Plumbing, we called them again to install the second one. Joe did the work. He was courteous and professional, he arrived on time, and he completely cleaned up the work site and disposed of the old toilet. The work was done efficiently and was reasonably priced. We were completely satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone and would use his services again if needed.

The old toilet did not flush properly. Mr. Chambers recommended a new style which I purchased and he installed. This was in a carpeted bathroom. The installation was done efficiently and in a reasonable amount of time. Care was taken not to damage the carpet and all traces of the packaging involved were removed along with the old toilet. I was surprised at how smoothly the job was done. His work is professional and I would recommend him.

Joe had done work at my house last year and I was confident to ask him to do this additional work. He is efficient and pleasant and gets the job done quickly. And, he cleans up after himself! My friends and family have used him upon my recommendation with no problems.
