Window Treatment Service
JCP offered in-home measuring and estimate on installation of custom window blinds. Amy arrived within 3 days and on time. She was able to give us a price on the spot. She also arranged for the installer to come to re-measure before ordering the blinds. The installer arrived a few days later and discovered a support was need for two blinds (side-by-side), because of the width of the expanse. Amy called a week later to advise that JCP would pay for this additional support since it wasn't on the original estimate. We certainly did not expect that kind of service! Took about 4 weeks before the blinds were ready, but Shannon, the installer, had them installed in under 2 hours and did a very professional and clean job.
