I bought the house in June 2013 our Realtor recommended icc roofing when we asked if she knew of someone, so i called the number she gave me and Brian came out to do the free estimate and was patient enough to answer all my questions with details and explained the different options that were available and what solutions he had when it came to ventilation for my attic. after he left I was impressed by his professionalism, and did a general review of the company through Google and I didnt see any negative reviews written about his company that would persuade me to continue looking for other bids. normally I would shop around for the best price but like i said I was impressed by the way he did his estimate his willingness to answer all my questions and by the way he explained everything, he also helped me get into contact with other contractors and companys that would help me with the other repair jobs that my house needed..... in my opinion he went above the normal standards when it comes to customer service.which isn't something you see that often any more. I was having the roof work done while I was away on vacation and brian was sure to maintain contact with me through out the whole process via phone and email.... and my fiancee's family who was staying at the house at the time also reported back to me as well. Brian notified me with problems he had incountered with my roof once the tear off was complete and gave me his recommendations and told me what options I had as well as sent ample pics of the parts of the roof that were in question. once the roof was done he had called me to let me know and was curious when I would be back so that he can do a walk through of the work his team had performed. prior to the walk through I went up on the roof to clean out my gutters and do a walk around the property looking for signs of the roofers leaving a mess I found very little sign of them having been there at all and having worked in construction as a framer in the past this showed me that they take pride in their work. my reports from my fianccee's family were that all the roofers here working on my house were here on time that they were professional and polite and were making sure that the area around my house were cleaned up every  day prior to them leaving and they felt safe letting there little kids go out side to play and not have to worry about safety issues in our yard. further more when Brian came out to my house on 10/2/13 to do the walk through I asked him about rebuilding the roof over my deck..... I loved the work they did on my house and can find no reason as to why I shouldn't hire them again.
