TOOK US FROM A 15 YEAR MORTGAGE BACK TO A 30, BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE THEIR PROFIT MARGIN LIES. FELT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE TRANSPARENT & FORTHCOMING WITH AVAILABLE OPTIONS.
