The initial visit for measurements and costs went fine. I choice this company because I wanted to find someone who could get the job done by a certain date. I had to wait 30 days for them to even start the fencing but, as long as work was completed on time...not a problem. They missed the start date but, came the following day and began work. I had quite a bit of fencing to do and they completed the job in two full workdays. The quality of the work was good for the most part but, I did see a couple of things that needed to be redone. I got no call back and no follow up from anyone. I emailed Home Depot and still have no response. I got another fence company come to make my adjustments.

Mike the installer was on time, very polite, and knowlegeable. He took his time to make sure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I am very pleased.

SALESMAN WAS SOMEWHAT SLOW AT THE STORE, AND IT TOOK OVER A WEEK TO GET APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALLATION. ONCE THEY CAME TO INSTALL, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL.
