They do a great job. We have been pleased with their service. They are very professional and come when they say they will and do a great job.

They did an excellent job. I was very happy with them. He was very responsible and congenial to work with. There was some trouble with the check that was my fault and he was very understanding which I really appreciated.

Have used Hendrickson Tree for a number of years for annual conifer treatment, but had several die this year with the dry summer. Contacted Joe, who provided a next-day estimate. The job was scheduled according to my needs to have it completed within a week of my contacting Hendrickson. The work was completed as we had agreed, and the crew cleaned up the site quite nicely.

Joe Hendrickson came out to my house, walked all the way around and we looked at all of my trees. I wanted to cut them back more than he did. He explained why I should cut some back and trim others. He was very good. He seemed more interested in the health of the trees rather than creating more work for his crews. In the end, he cut down a few trees and trimmed the rest of my trees. He did an excellent job and cleaned up all of the debris.

They did a good job. They told me in detail as how they will do the job, and what would be best for my yard. The price was reasonable.

I contacted Hendrickson by phone regarding a leaning tree on our property. I was told it would be several weeks before they could look at the tree because it was the busy season. That was fine, but one month later I had still not heard back from them. I called again. Several days later Joe did go by our house but he said he could not give advice on the tree and even if we wanted it removed, he was not interested in the job. He offered no help whatsoever with our problem and I thought his attitude was very unprofessional.

I called the company on 8/10/09 to find out if they would come out and do a free estimate for pruning four trees. They told me they do give free estimates and that the owner is a certified arborist who does all of the estimates himself. They told me he handles his own scheduling and would call me back, but he never did.

They did not come to do an estimate as they said they would. I am going to call another company.

They were very responsive with a detailed discussion of the anticipated scope of work prior to submitting the estimate for the services. After we agreed upon the scope they were very responsive in scheduling the work at a time convenient to us. The work was done very efficiently and and professionally, doing exactly what we had agreed on and cleaned up and disposed of all the trimmings.

At the estimate, saved me from removing a pine tree because the holes were from sap suckers and not disease (as other companies had claimed). Retained Hendickson late in the 2007 but a wet winter prevented them from trimming because their trucks would have damaged the lawn. When they were able to get their trucks in, they used plywood to minimize the tracks. Trimming was the best and most professional I have had done.

Excellent service. Did a very good job of pruning. Dustin took a sample of the fungus growing at the base or the tree back to the office to examine and identify it. He later e-mailed me with information about the fungus. Pruning the second tree was not on the schedule, but they did it also while they were here. They also removed a large amount of ivy growing up the tree and treated the roots to prohibit regrowth. I'll definitely use them again.

Joe Hendrickson, the owner, took time to explain the process and his approach by phone. He surveyed the work while I was away but gave me a detailed explanation and specific bid over the phone, and left a written bid after his visit. He came to the site on several occasions over several weeks, fitting in the work with other projects that required the same equipment (e.g., bucket for high limbs). His crew was very knowledgeable and the results showed an obvious knowledge of tree care and a concern for not doing unnecessary cutting away of branches. I was very pleased with the result and with Joe's interactions throughout the process. He was totally good for his word.

They were quick thorough and professional. They removed all of the debris when the job was completed. Really cordial on the phone. Easy to do business with.

They were excellent. They were prompt in coming out. The price was good. We picked them because they had a good Angie's List rating and could come out right away.

Dustin helped me decide which trees need pruning first and which ones could wait. He also explained why there was die back on my fir trees. Dustin gave me a written estimate on the spot and said it would take about two weeks before the work could be done. As it turned out, he contacted me a few days later and said that his crew was in the area and could do the job that day. When I came home from work, the job was done and all debris had been removed.

I was very satisfied with the work they did and I thought it was a great price.

I bought my home in 1990 mainly because I love the big oak in the front yard. Joe Hendrickson who is an arborist, has taken care of this tree over the years. Joe sends an estimate ahead of time for me to approve, does the work when promised, and cleans up the yard very well. Joe always gives me good advice and really loves trees. My tree has only prospered and improved with age and care. Joe's crew keeps the tree back far enough so as not to clog my gutters but still shade the house. His crew also keeps the branches up high enough to let the grass grow. I get more compliments every year. Great company!

HENDRICKSON RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY AND SCHEDULED THE VISIT THE SAME WEEK. WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. ALL DEBRIS WAS PICKED UP AND HAULED AWAY. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK.

STAFF ARBORIST INSPECTED OUR (MATURE) TREE AND GAVE US THE BID. THE CREW COMPLETED THE WORK AS PROMISED AND ON TIME. VERY PROFESSIONAL. DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THE JOB.
