Description of Work: Cleaned out a big oak above our swimming pool, ornamental trees and large fountain under tree. |Their crew is amazing! Brian the head is who I dealt with. |Professional ++! They did a fabulous job! Neighbors even remarked how professional. Knocked on their door to explain what they where doing. And apologized up front if they where inconvenced in any way! |They will do ALL my trees from now on.

Description of Work: They cut down 4 broken trees from a snow storm the year before. They trimmed several trees. They were so busy in September that we had to wait until December to have the work done. By that time all the leaves were off the trees and Henderson couldn't tell that 3 small trees in the back were dead. They still need to be cut down.

Description of Work: Joe came to my property and we discussed a tree that I had concerns regarding stability. He was able to quickly a**** and help me understand why there was not need for alarm given the tree species and the balance of the main truck in relation to the branches near my home. He could have told me to start slicing the tree if he wanted a quick buck, but instead he just gave me a piece of mind, and a quote to clean out some dead wood if I so desired.

Description of Work: I called them and they promised to send someone out to look at my trees and give me an estimate. They said it might be a few days because they were very busy. They sent me a "form" email thanking me for contacting them, but after more than a month I heard nothing from them. I sent them an email, but received no reply, so I will try someone else.
