Heavenly employse six cleaners which work individually unles it is a first time cleaning are by request. Heavenly also uses eco-friendly products that will not harm you or family pets.

When Heavenly comes to your home,we clean baseboards,high dust,dust furniture,vacuum furniture,clean and sanitize kitchen and bathrooms, vacuum floors and mop (all floors are cleaned by hand),make beds,empty trash,clean the fronts of cabinets and appliances and more upon reques(may be additional charge)

They had many limitations what they would, and would not do. Had I know this, I would have hired them for only two hours since I would have know we would not have had any more than two hours of work for 2 people. Also, we were looking for a company to come in a couple of times a month to help with the clean since as mentioned above, I'm disabled. However, from what the two did, I have no idea if what they did is all they every do. If so, I would never be interested. My wife said it was like having our daughter clean for us. Don't get me wrong, our daughter does not do a bad job. She just doesn't do they kind of job we would do. So overall, they were not the easiest to work with with regards to setting up a time and their cleaning quality was only "average" at best.
Another hour passed, and I had to leave to make some previous appointments of my own. So, at 5:00, I tried calling them... and again, I got a voicemail message. I then emailed them again telling them I was very displeased with their lack of respect for their customer's time. I demanded a refund (service was prepaid through LivingSocial.com promotion) and asked for an explanation as to what happened.
At approximately 7:00 PM, I got an email response from Penny stating, "I have to take the blame for today. I overlooked your appt. and it was not added to the cleaners work sheet for the day." So, even though I emailed on Thursday to confirm, and they responded that I was all set to go... I STILL somehow got left off their schedule. Penny wanted me to reschedule for Tuesday (6/7/11) at 3:00 and I told them no, I just wanted a refund. I could not take off work early two days in a row... and run the risk of being "overlooked" again. Not to mention, I was quite upset that they were booked out almost a full month when I made the original appointment... yet when they missed mine, they wanted to reschedule it for the next day. How is that possible if they were booked so far out??
I would highly advise against setting up any appointment with them where you will be inconvenienced if they don't show up. They may do good work (I wouldn't know, because I never got that far), but their scheduling practices are very unprofessional.
