Sales person arrived at appointed time and explained the system to me and walked around my yard to show me what perimiters would work best.
Installer arrived on time and installation went smoothly until his little trenching machine quit. He finished with a shovel - good man. He installed the flags and left me plently to replace any I ran over with lawn mower. He gave Charlie a walk around on a leash and walked him too close to the flag so he could experience the buzzing warning of his limits.
The buzzing scared Charlie so badly it took about 2 weeks for him to go further than a few steps from the porches of the house.
Invisible fence folks called me every week or two to see how he was doing. It took more than a month for Charlie to get the hang of where his boundaries were and what were safe areas. Invisible Fence trainer came back out and worked with Charlie again, pronounced him safely trained and took the buzzer off. Now Charlie will get (inaudible to human) beeping if he is getting close to his limits and a small shock if he goes to far.
All is well and they were great to work with.

When my husband called to explain the issue and make the service appt, they gave a 4-hour window between 10a-2p the technician could arrive. My husband explained that we had to leave the house by 1p, and they confirmed that was fine. My husband left work early to be there for the service call. The technician called AFTER 2p that he was at our house. We were now more than an hour away from home, because, as stated earlier, we had to leave at 1p. Frustrated, we called when we returned home to schedule another appt. My husband took off work again to be there for the 4-hour window of time. The technician never showed up and we never got a call. When my husband called to complain, they said the technician had gotten sick at another service call. That doesn't explain why no one called us. Again we rescheduled. This time I took time off work to be there for the 4-hour service window. 3 hours into that window, the technician arrived. I explained the issue and as we headed toward the garage to look at the unit, he said we should first try plugging it in again, because sometimes when there's a nick in your line (not enough to really break it), it can get damp with rain or watering and it triggers the alarm, as if there is a break. But once it dries out, it's fine. We went out, plugged it in and it was fine. He left within about 2 minutes of being there, and we got the $80 service call bill.
I wouldn't be complaining about the service call bill if he had showed up before the 3rd time we had to schedule it. It would just be an expensive lesson learned. I understand that his time is valuable. You know what? Mine is too.
When I called about the bill, the woman on the phone was nothing but abrasive and rude. It will be the last $80 they get from us. I only hope this review spares someone else the frustration and disappointment we have had working with HOA Invisible Fencing over the years

It went just fine. I already had the electronics from previous work they had done. They did the job that I expected them to do. When I've had conversations with them on the phone, which I've had many times, they have always been very helpful. They have given me lots of good feedback. If I were to put my fence back on again, I would definitely call them back. Their prices are competitive. The price is high, but it's a high quality product. You can get it cheaper, but I don't know if it would be as good. I would recommend them.

Ray did a great job. Had to come back on another day because our yard was too wet. He was very professional and thorough.

Ray arrived exactly on time, completed the work in about 2-3 hours. I have used this company in the past for the same service and did not hesitate to return to them when I moved.
