The guys and service was awesome! I had a part way across the country move and had no problems. My dad told them what to put in the truck at home and the next day they showed up and loaded it all in my apartment. We liked them so much they’re doing my parents full house move next month. Would definitely recommend especially because they were so affordable.

Tonio and his crew were very efficient in moving my furniture. They were careful with all items ensuring no damage to my belongings. They communicated effectively to get the job done in a timely manner. Prior to completing some tasks within the home, they asked permission to ensure I was aware of risks associated with bigger items through doorways and across the floor. All items were inspected by he and his crew prior to moving out of my storage unit to ensure I was aware of damages prior to movement. They were very professional and took their time to assemble items that needed reassembled. Would recommend and utilize services in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After I accepted their price they came back and said they gave me the wrong price and increased by over $100. This was a full service pack and move and the day before moving they declined the packing portion stating they did not charge us for that. Already out $50 down and then he started arguing with me over the phone telling me I was irate. I hung up on him because he was yelling at me. Then I received a text telling me that I was threatening him by cancelling the move and that I would need to pay an additional fee of $150 for canceling. Terrible company. Please don’t waste your time with them. Completely unethical and cannot be trusted.

We would hire Haul Pros again in a heart beat. We had extra work we needed help with and they didn’t hesitate to take it on and stay 3 hours past what they had planned on. The crew was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

My fiancé and I moved from Missouri to Massachusetts. The move was somewhat last-minute, and we wanted to move to our new apartment ASAP. This company was the one who was able to get us there the fastest, and they were very polite and eager to work with us, so we went with them. This was our first big move, let alone our first cross-country move, so we lacked experience. Pros: -the movers were consistently respectful, easy to talk with, and very hard workers. -they moved our belongings quickly, and they made it to our destination in two days. Cons: -they majorly underestimated the size truck that we would need. We sent them pictures of our belongings, and they told us we would need a 16 foot box truck. However, it was way too small. They were unable to bring a lot of our furniture, which was really disappointing. They were unable to fit our nightstands, end tables, bookshelves, and dining & patio chairs. Not only did we have to rebuy all this furniture once we moved, but we had to figure out how to get rid of it all last minute, when we wanted to use that time to drive to our new home. -As we unpacked, we realized that some of the furniture pieces that we were able to bring were damaged in some way- chipped/dented/scratched. Nothing major, but still disappointing. **If this review was just about their positive attitudes and hard work ethic, it would be a 5/5. Unfortunately, overall, our already stressful cross-country move was made more stressful with having to pick and choose last-minute which furniture we were able to bring. The positive thing is that my fiancé and I learned a lot from this experience, and we now know what to look for with moving companies in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Antonio and his crew. This was our first time using movers and they did not disappoint. They were very timely and communicative. They were even flexible when we ended up having much more to move than anticipated. Moving is stressful and they helped take some of the stress away. Recommend 100%.

I had half a 3 bedroom house that needed to be moved with me and the other half needed to be hauled away. They were great! Professional, personable, and very organized.

They made sure to take care of our belongings with the utmost care, and made sure to go the extra mile to ensure they left no damage to either dwelling. It went great. The two moving guys were very friendly and professional. And they were very hard workers. Wasted no time so the job could get done within time allotted.

It went very well. Tony provided a quote over the phone and scheduled the local move on a Sunday. Joe and Mike showed up on time which was amazing since they experienced problems with their truck. Tony assured me they would still arrive on time and rented a U-Haul for the day. The movers, Joe and Mike, were very professional and pleasant to work with. They came prepared with moving blankets and tie-downs and made sure the load was secure. I wouldn't use anyone else after using Haul Pros.
