Brandon responded to the request for quote promptly, arrived exactly when scheduled, and provided a quote via email within a couple of days. He was very honest about when he could start the project because he was booked for the next few weeks. His design solution for the floor was exactly what we had envisioned plus he was slightly less expensive than the other quotes. Brandon and an assistant arrived at 8:00 AM the day the project was to begin, worked throughout the day and cleaned up the work space before leaving for the evening. Next day they were again back bright and early. The project was completed in a day and a half just as he had estimated. Area was cleaned; trash was removed. Hammer Time offers a 5-year warranty on labor. 50% was required at initiation to purchase materials; 50% due upon completion. Besides completing the project well, he's a nice, friendly guy.

You can tell within an hour that Brandon is a perfectionist and he is not going to stop until it is absolutely perfect.   Everything he did turned out great.    We loved that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and even pointed out things he saw that we should consider in the future that may become a problem.   It seemed like no matter what the issue was, he knew exactly how to deal with it. 
We have used him twice so far, and will definitely be calling him the next time we need someone.
