My company has been doing tree trimming and tree removals, since 2001. My associates have more than 40 years of experince. We do FREE Estimates and 90% of our business is referral. I have never ran any advertisements in the papers, phone books, on the radio, on television, or on the internet. We do not have all of the fancy $100K equipment, and our prices are reflective of that. We do work in the surrounding Kansas City Metropolitan areas. I started this business to provide for my family while I went back to school and work on my college degree. I am studying to obtain my J.D. Degree. Due to my school schedule, I request that potential customers call for an appointment for estimates and from there we can schedule the work to be done. If it is an EMERGENCY, please have them call between 6 am - 1 am. It is not mandatory for one to have a license in this industry, nor do you have to be a certified arborist. The license and arborist certifications are only used to charge people more money for services and many of the companies hide behind these licenses and certifications. Many times their services are poor and when damage is done to the property of the paying customer, these so-called arborists are changing their phone numbers and cannot be contacted to take responsibility. My phone number has changed 1 time since 2001, because it was compromised by a company trying to scam honest people. I did not want my name or business being tied to these dishonest acts. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. The safety of my employees is #1, and the health of the trees that we trim, will not be jeopardized.
