This was one of the best experiences I've had with a home improvement in a long time. The sales pitch was very low key but obvious when I saw how bad my insulation was. The crew was friendly and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. They left no mess and my house is cooler and more energy efficient because of it. It's nice that Evergy and Spire offer rebates for the work done. It really made it a no-brainer. This was more than just blowing in the attic insulation. They sealed the air vents, insulated the knee walls and generally did everything to make my house as efficient as possible.

Very professional. I am very happy with the results. Rooms are more comfortable and my heater doesn't have to run non stop on cold days.

Luke and crew did an energy audit and followed up with insulating some crawl spaces. They were easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and flexible. Not high pressure. Reliable, efficient and polite. And they cleaned up after!

The GIC team was very prompt and knowledgeable. They were very neat and cleaned up well after themselves. We had our attic insulated and foam sprayed on rim joist and basement crawlspace. We noticed the house to be much quieter immediately. So glad we had this done in January before the -22 degree temperatures hit. Can't wait to see the effect on summer air conditioning bills.

Update: Luke called me & we talked through what had happened. He explained that I should have been told there was no guarantee that the noise from our neighbors would be reduced. He also said they had room to improve on the quality of work performed & provided 25% of the money back. He also provided money to have someone come & do the finishing work on the holes that were the worst. I would recommend Green Improvement Consulting for your insulation job. First review: I had faith in Shawn his team when he came for the estimate. He walked me through everything that would happen it sounded great. However, when the day came to put the insulation in the walls he did not have the proper hose that was required for the job this delayed the project for about 4 hours. They brought the hose through a bedroom window broke the window blind. When patching the holes in the walls, they overfilled many of them, leaving us with a lot of finishing work to do. They got the material used to fill the holes on our granite bathroom vanity, on the floor on the toilet seat. They also did not come with a stud finder, so tapped on the wall to locate the studs. This resulted in more holes drilled in our walls. The most disappointing thing is that the insulation we added has not reduced any of the noise from our neighbors. What a terrible experience.

Did a great job without a mess. They got rid of a very cold draft in my remodeled kitchen. Also, they lowered my utility bills!

Sean and his team did a great job reviewing and building a plan that met our energy goals. They did their work promptly and efficiently, and got us a 40% reduction in airflow! So far, our nat gas bill is down by 23% since last year, and our electrical usage dropped 33%. Their service, coupled with the solar panels we installed, has helped our monthly electrical bills drop 90 percent. Fantastic service and thorough work.

Recently had Green Improvement improve the attic insulation our older home by sealing up all attic penetrations, installing foam board & foam where necessary, and blow in new insulation to R-49. Immediately noticed increased warmth in our home, increase air flow from our registers and a decrease in the amount our furnace had to run to keep the home warm. Very happy with the results and crew was very professional.

Professional, Fast and Clean

Excellent, very knowledgeable, very professional company who not only installed new and upgraded insulation in the attic of our 3400 sq ft 26 year old home, but also repaired ductwork in a couple of upstairs rooms that were destroyed by raccoons. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again! Also, they came out on Tuesday to give us an estimate and started and completed the entire job which took 8 hours the very next day! We could feel the difference in the comfort of our home immediately! If you need new insulation, don t hesitation to call them!!

The guys did a great job evaluating the problem areas in my house and coming up with a solution to fix it. They were reasonably priced too and offered great value. Very customer focused and a pleasure to work with.
