Extremely responsive. Also had a follow up call from the owner, Eric to make sure everything was OK with the service. Exceptional customer service.

The wall had to be restarted because was wrong shape. A month after the warranty timeline my flower bed retaining wall started to slide. I called for repair. It was blamed on rain. I had to pay for it to be repaired. That did not make me as unhappy as what followed. During the repair I was not home. Received a call asking if I would be open to having the excess DIRT spread along my fence line. Of course! Except when I got home I discovered that their "dirt" was really gravel! It was everywhere and still is 3 years later. Not to mention they left a mess in my driveway that I had to clean up. Enough said I think.

Hired them to winterize the irrigation system. Contacted them one day and they came by the next day before noon. Very personable and knowledgeable. Impressed enough to ask them for a bid on extending the system to other plant beds around the house.

I couldn't be more unhappy with this company. The monthly bill comes back higher than the quoted price. They skip weeks of mowing but I pay for the now anyways. When I call and try and find out more, I can't get a call back. I'm counting down the days I can switch companies. Horrible decision on my part.
