THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AT THE GRASS PAD. THEY CARRY ALL ITEMS TO YOUR CAR FOR YOU OR GIVE YOU A DRIVE-UP AREA TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS. THEY ARE ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE AREA AND THE TYPE OF GRASS THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE AREA IN WHICH YOU LIVE.
