I called and talked to a rude guy and he gave me one quote. When I called back I got a lady from a call service and she gave me a quote a $100 more. When I asked about it she said someone would call to set up a time for the next day and I could ask them...they never called and I had to call them three times and send an email to get to talk to someone. When they finally came out the guys were decent, but what a pain to try to set up an appointment!!! I would not recommend-very unprofessional.

The installer met me at my workplace and did an excellent job removing the old windshield and installing the new one. It was very convenient for me (no time off work) and the installer was professional and clearly knowledgable. I would not only recommend Glass Doctors, but I would use them again! Angie's List does have a $25 off coupon that Glass Doctor's honored.

They came to me to complete the work. They finished the job quickly within a half of an hour. They offered a replacement policy because the new windshield could crack. My windshield did crack in between the glass panes within three days and they were unable to find a point of entry. When someone from headquarters came out to look at it, they had wanted me to pay $120 for the replacement. When another technician came out, he completed the work at no additional cost was really great and accommodating. Everything went fine.

They showed up at our home when they said they would and completed the work in an hour just as they said they would. The individual that came out was professional and seemed to take care with the work he did.

"There was a misunderstanding by him about the glass we install in vehicles. PPG glass is the premium OEM quality glass and not an aftermarket brand and that is what was installed in his car. A call to any glass shop can verify that. I invite you to call us and hear what we say to each and every customer. As for his sunglasses, I spoke with the technician who did this job and he never saw and knows nothing about his sunglasses. I left a message on his phone with regard to this but he never returned my call. I am very sorry for his sunglass loss and his feeling that we put an aftermarket glass in his glass, I tried to convince him otherwise. Michael Eby-President"
