Great. Gentry completed the roof as expected and as contracted. This was 7 years ago. Over the years, John Howard has provided additional roofing services, as well as fixes or advise when a problem arose. He is consistently responsive and professional. I would not hesitate to use Gentry again.

After calling and leaving 6 messages (both at the office number and on the cell number I have for John Howard, the current owner) over the course of the last 2 and a half weeks, I have received ZERO response from Gentry Roofing. My warranty on "workmanship" is up at the 5 year mark, which is October 2017. (I'm writing this on 9/9/17.) I don't know if the problem we have is due to workmanship or product failure, but regardless, I will now be contacting another roofing company for assistance, and following up with Gentry accordingly, depending on what we find is the issue.

I purchased this roof replacement as a gift for my daughter's family, so I don't feel qualified to rate them. I do know that the children were pleased with the work and the roof does look very nice.
