My appointment was at 4PM. I arrived at 3:45 and nurse was waiting to take me back to the exam room. Dr. was in just a few minutes after nurse finished blood pressure etc. Dr. Jurgensmeier is a great listener and is never in a rush. He is very easy to talk to and gives very detailed information that is so easy to understand. His staff is also the best I've seen at any doctor's office. The nurse has always returned phone calls in a very timely manner. The staff is great when they have to deal with our pharmacy issues as well. The day of my last appointment I was walking out the door at 4:07 since I was seen earlier than my 4 o'clock appointment.
I highly recommend the Gashland Clinic and Dr. Jurgensmeier. I will go to no other doctor.
I had to go to the hospital emergency room on the 13th of April. I had heart rate issues. My heart went into SVT (over 180 beats per minute). During the visit they also did a CAT scan as they thought there might also be a blood clot. There was no clot but they found a spot on my lung. They told me to follow up ASAP with my primary care doctor ( Dr. Jeffery Luerding at Gashland Clinic)
I called Gashland Clinic first thing Monday morning and explained the situation and they got me in that day. Dr. Luerding relieved some of my concern and referred me to a lung specialist. He also discussed in detail the findings on my CAT scan.
I have been going to Gashland clinic for over 15 years and have always been satisfied. They schedule appointments so you rarely have to wait over 15 minutes. You can leave a message for the doctor's nurse and they will call you back within a reasonable time.
I have had Dr. Luerding as my doctor for these years and he actually cares about his patients. I highly recommend him and Gashland Clinic. They also have urgent care which I have used on occasion with satisfaction.
He just treats what's the problem. He doesn't self speak anything. He has all the medical services that we need. He is a general family doctor so everybody can go there.
I love her. She is a very good doctor. She is conscientious. The health of her patients matters to her. She takes time.
