They have a quick lane that is kind of first come, first serve and it works for my schedule. I take it in and the first three or four people get taken right in and that is usually why I go there. If I go later in the day it is not so good because I stand in line with a lot of other people so we wait for our turn to come up. Then I have to wait for my car to get done. It is just a matter of timing for me. They don't usually take appointments or that kind of thing. They are very nice and I am not knocking them, but they check things and ask me if I want to put in things they think I need. Their price is competitive. There are a lot of rebates such as if I buy tires I get a rebate on my tires. If I catch it at the right time there are incentives from time to time. They will send me deals where I get other services a little cheaper so that is nice to get that. I don't have anything against them at all but with my other mechanic I can set appointments and bring my car in at that time. Then he takes it right in. It is a very large setup at Crossley. Their service is good. They usually get back to me if I call them in a couple of hours.
