Juan was always easy to reach, sent detailed proposals, and kept us up to date on the progress. We live in a different city and we appreciated his willingness to work with us. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY POSITIVE. THE QUALITY OF PREPARATION WAS SOLID AND IDENTIFIED PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN DAMAGE AND OFFERED REASONABLE PRICES FOR ADD-ON WORK. PAINTING WAS NEAT AND CLEAN AND EITHER BACK-BRUSHED/ROLLED AFTER SPRAYING. ANY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED/CORRECTED PROMPTLY AND THE CONTACT PERSON WAS READILY AVAILABLE BY PHONE OR IN PERSON. THERE WAS A HANDS-ON APPROACH BY THE CONTRACTOR AND THIS ALLOWED FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. HIS PRICES SEEMED ABOUT THE SAME, PERHAPS A LITTLE LOWER TO OTHER QUALITY EXTERIOR PAINTING BID I RECEIVED.
