+ -1 moreBad, see above. Had to return the rug for additional cleaning and still did a crummy job. Took a spot cleaner and showed them the remaining dirt. We got a refund, begrudgingly, but be warned!
Description of Work: Did a terrible job and tore up the boarder of our rug.
