Due to the amount of rain we've had recently, our basement flooded and the carpets needed help asap! Brian was fast to come and assess the situation for us and give us his knowledgeable advice and tips in order to save our carpet rather than having to replace it. He used his machines to suck out any excess water that he could and then after fan drying the floor for a couple of days, he returned to clean and deodorize them. He worked with us with our schedules and was very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair prices for quality work! Our carpets look newer now than they did before the basement flood!
