Frankie OnCall responded promptly to our inquiry & made a thorough onsite inspection of our the physical layout & electronic equipment in our home; we received a written quote for the recommended equipment & service; the installation was fast and professionally performed by a skilled, dedicated & resourceful technician; resolution of equipment issues were dealt with by expert technical staff onsite. All communication by phone, text & email plus onsite services were performed in a friendly, courteous & professional manner. We will use Frankie OnCall again for guidance & resolution of home electronics issues in the future.

Frankie was supposed to repair a battery issue. Also talked me in to several updates/clean ups so that once fixed my laptop would be running faster than ever. Turns out it was more than a battery issue and laptop cannot be fixed at all. It is actually in worse shape than before. Frankie gave me back the broken laptop and verbally stated he would either give me some of my money back or he would send me information on another laptop he could give me that was not nearly as good as mine. He was supposed to send me an email. No response (which I was getting accustom to as he never responded in the time frame he stated). Finally he sent me an email which basically stated he wasn't going to do anything and although he took my money and couldn't fix my laptop, I was basically out of luck but thanks for the business. Needless to say I gave him a negative review on google, after which he said he could get me a refurbished laptop in a few days (he had been working on "fixing" my laptop for almost a month...) in exchange for taking off the negative review. After dealing with him over this month, I decided to just cut my losses so I no longer had to do any business with him. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

Frankie found several models of laptop that would work for me - I picked what I wanted and he installed some new software and transferred some software from an old computer.  Was fast in finding what I needed, went and picked up machines he thought would work, I chose one and his service getting it done was extremely prompt.  Everything went very smoothly.  He has helped me in the past with new printer/scanner/fax and is always handy when I have a question.  Helped once when I had a computer virus and got rid of it without the huge ordeal I had one time before using Frankie of starting from scratch and reinstalling everything. Have always been very happy with his service and highly recommend him.

Contacted Frankie Bellucci at FRANKIE ON CALL on Friday and he came right over  to my home.  He found the computer had a software problem. He took it to his office over a holiday weekend.  That next Tuesday morning he brought my computer back completely fixed, and updated.  Frankie does what he says, with great personal service.  He will also  give you suggestions for upgrading your computer to enhance its performance.  My computer works better than it did when it was brand new.  I have found the big electronic stores take too long and they are overpriced.  I am very satisfied with the service and fair price from FRANKIE ON CALL. 

I had a good experience with Frankie On Call. They came out pretty quickly and they sent out a college aged computer geek. He had everything fixed in about a hour and a half. He gave me a list of things that I needed to do on a monthly basis to keep up the maintenance. His explanations of why things were not working was a little light, so I had to go back and ask more questions. Everything has worked well since they came out.
